About the Role
Lead delivery across complex client engagements, strengthen long-term enterprise relationships, and uncover new opportunities across functions, business units, and regions. Serve as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring they maximize value from their CLM solutions while guiding internal teams toward successful, high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major enterprise clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business processes, priorities, and requirements to deliver tailored, meaningful solutions.
- Expand relationships with existing clients by proactively identifying and proposing value add opportunities.
- Advise clients on CLM and adjacent best practices, optimizing process alignment and solution adoption.
- Lead multi-disciplinary internal teams, effectively deploying resources while supporting team members’ development and progression.
- Ensure timely delivery of products, services, and project milestones in alignment with client expectations and engagement goals.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and transparency.
- Address client issues quickly and strategically, managing escalations and maintaining strong client trust.
- Partner with Sales and Account teams to identify and drive new engagement opportunities that support long-term client growth.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates, performance insights, and forecasts using key account metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an engagement lead, project manager, or client relationship manager within technology or professional services.
- Strong background in solution delivery, with experience shaping client outcomes based on business needs.
- Familiarity with CLM platforms such as DocuSign, Ironclad, Agiloft, or similar cloud-based technologies (preferred).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence navigating negotiations and challenging client scenarios.
