About the Role
The dreieins Innovative Pädagogik gGmbH is seeking a Creativity Officer (m/f/d) for its Kaulsdorf locations. This role involves planning and conducting activities for children, leading further training for employees, and supporting the integration of creativity into the daily educational work.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of offers with children in all groups of the facilities at the location, approximately 15 hours per week.
- Conducting further training events for employees in the field of creativity pedagogy in various formats, e.g., as part of training days and welcome days for new colleagues.
- Regularly observing different facilities and groups, followed by evaluation and development of recommendations for action.
- Regularly informing and documenting for pedagogical staff, parents/families, and management about conducted offers: internally (e.g., via notices and Famly) and externally (e.g., through website contributions, possibly providing input to the marketing department for social media posts, etc.).
- Acting as a point of contact for pedagogical staff at the location regarding questions about the implementation and execution of creativity areas in daily educational practice.
- Supporting processes for networking creativity areas and the dreieins educational goals in the daycare centers.
- Responsibility for planning, organizing, and coordinating cooperation between daycare centers and primary schools concerning dreieins standards in the transition process.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a state-recognized educator or a successfully completed degree in pedagogy or social work, or comparable socio-pedagogical qualification.
- Identification with the guiding principles of creativity pedagogy and interest in continuous further training.
- Willingness to plan, prepare, and conduct creativity areas and offers.
- Relevant professional experience in the conception and execution of workshops, information events, etc.
- Willingness to conduct weekly offers in all groups in preferred creativity areas at the location and to document them afterward.
- Strong, results-oriented communication skills and high empathy.
