About the Role

Sie leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag dazu, dass serieller Holzbau die Zukunft unserer Städte prägt. Ihre Arbeit beeinflusst, wie wir in Zukunft wohnen, arbeiten und unsere Klimaziele erreichen können.

Responsibilities

• Leitung und Koordination anspruchsvoller Bau-Projekte im Holzmodul- und Elementbau als zentraler Ansprechpartner aller externen und internen Projektbeteiligten
• Verantwortung für die qualitäts- und termin- und kostengerechte Projektausführung sowie fortlaufendes Controlling
• Steuerung der Realisierung unserer Holzbauprojekte vom Auftragseingang bis zur Übergabe an den Bauherrn bzw. Auftraggeber
• Planungskoordination in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Architekten und Fachplanern
• Eigenverantwortliche Führung von Vergabeverhandlungen mit Nachunternehmern in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Einkauf
• Kompetente Unterstützung der Unternehmenskommunikation durch Ihr Know-How und bei Interesse auch Mitwirkung an Webinaren und weiteren Initiativen

Requirements

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung von Bauprojekten, Kalkulation und Kostenkontrolle von Holzbauprojekten und/oder im Hochbau, idealerweise Erfahrungen als Projektleiter in GU-Projekten
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und idealerweise fließendes Englisch - weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil (bspw. Polnisch)
• Gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit Bauadministrations- und Projektmanagement-Programmen für die CAD-/BIM-Planung
• Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office 365
