About the Role
The role of Executive Assistant to the Management Board is a full-time position, initially limited to two years with the possibility of extension. This role is crucial for supporting strategic decision-making processes and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Creation of decision-ready templates, briefings, and analyses for the management board.
- Coordination of projects, events, and communication with internal and external partners.
- Management of executive-level processes, including contract management, quality assurance, and governance.
- Support for the management board in addressing legal and administrative issues, and contributing to the development of internal structures and processes.
- Coordination of application procedures for project funding, from application to finalization and reporting.
- Ensuring structured coordination and communication with committees, internal teams, and external partners related to the management board.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in fields such as administration, political science, law, economics, or social sciences.
- Relevant professional experience in a strategic or executive-level support role.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Structured, independent, and reliable work approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in common office applications.
- Interest in political, social, and economic issues is ideal.
