About the Role

We are looking for a caretaker (m/f/d) to join our company as soon as possible. If you are interested in taking on a subject area independently and enjoy interacting with people, you are exactly right with us.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspection tours in and around the properties under management
• Maintenance and upkeep of outdoor facilities (including leaf removal, minor repairs, etc.)
• Monitoring and control of technical systems
• Provision of trash cans for collection
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers
• Documentation of incidents, maintenance, and third-party company assignments
• Contact person for residents regarding technical issues and complaints

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in facility management
• Independent, responsible work and a confident and professional demeanor
• Friendly nature, openness, and a positive attitude
• High degree of discretion and sense of responsibility
