About the Role
This role involves being part of an agile team for technical support in infrastructure and building construction projects, ensuring project goals are met regarding costs, deadlines, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Independently ensure goal achievement regarding costs, deadlines, and quality in planning and construction.
- Independently analyze deviations, develop countermeasures, and create action plans when goals are at risk.
- Evaluate contract and additional claims related to schedule planning and develop suitable solutions.
- Be a driving force towards the successful commissioning of our major project.
- Coordinate interfaces between planning and execution, and collaborate closely with all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or Project Management, or equivalent qualification with many years of professional experience.
- Confidence in critical situations and the ability to lead projects to success.
- Professional experience in infrastructure construction and/or building construction.
- Knowledge of interface management and contract law (HOAI, VOB).
- Professionally sound negotiation experience and a confident demeanor when dealing with various contacts.
- Excellent teamwork skills, high degree of independence, goal-oriented and structured work style.
- Flawless knowledge of the German language, both spoken and written.
