About the Role
Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) to gain practical experience alongside studies at Education GmbH in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.
Responsibilities
- Support migration, maintenance, and structuring of customer and contract data in digital systems.
- Transfer and filing of documents and customer files into central, digital structures.
- Assist with digitalization and archiving of documents according to defined standards.
- Maintain and update prospect and customer data in existing systems.
- Support data preparation for billing and administrative processes.
- Assist with the transfer and structured preparation of content (e.g., internal documentation or manuals) into new systems.
- Support quality assurance of data and content, ensuring completeness and consistency.
- Close collaboration with customer management and other departments to optimize data and filing processes.
- Maintain and create documentation.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master), ideally in a degree program such as Public Administration, Business Administration, or a comparable field (e.g., Economics).
- Interest, understanding, and commitment to the diverse tasks of a Customer Management/IT department.
- Work carefully, structured, and reliably.
- Ideally, initial experience with Confluence or comparable tools for documentation and collaboration.
