About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage payroll and employee data, serving as a key contact for clients and authorities. This role offers significant autonomy and a chance to contribute innovative ideas within a supportive and value-driven company culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing using DATEV LODAS, Lohn & Gehalt, and ADDISON (Wolters Kluwer).
- Maintain employee master data and personnel files.
- Handle reporting and certification requirements, including correspondence with authorities and health insurance providers.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and their tax advisors/auditors.
- Monitor deadlines and appointments.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in payroll accounting or as a tax assistant.
- Experience in payroll accounting within a tax firm environment.
- Several years of practical experience in payroll accounting.
- Strong knowledge of DATEV LODAS and ideally other DATEV applications.
- Independent and proactive work style.
- Team player mentality.
- Very good verbal and written German language skills.
- High degree of reliability, commitment, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, professionally, and solution-oriented in demanding situations.
