About the Role
We are looking for motivated and qualified professionals with experience in production or a passion for this field to join our team. We are currently not actively seeking new hires but welcome speculative applications. Responsibilities
- Independent preparation, production, and packaging of products.
- Cleaning of production machinery and reporting of technical issues.
- Logging and documentation of all productive and analytical activities according to specified requirements.
- Adherence to quality management system regulations (DIN ISO 9001/13485) and occupational safety.
- Team coordination regarding syntheses and tasks to ensure delivery reliability.
- Safe handling of hazardous substances and readiness for physical work.
- Support with goods receipt and other necessary activities for internal departmental operations (e.g., chemical disposal, warehouse work).
Requirements
- Successfully completed chemical training, e.g., as a chemical operator, chemical laboratory assistant / CTA, or comparable training.
- Technical knowledge in the field of chemical production.
- Proficiency in handling hazardous substances.
- Resilience in performing physical work (25-liter containers) and under given hygiene measures.
- Enjoyment of working in a team on an equal footing, combined with good self-organization.
- Proficiency in German (minimum level B2) and English (minimum level B1).
- Valid residence permit for Germany.
