About the Role
In this role, you will advise private equity and corporate clients on the financial and accounting aspects of M&A transaction agreements. You will work closely with national and international clients to achieve the best possible value during the purchase price determination in the buy-side and sell-side process. You will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and PwC experts (e.g., from Tax, Forensic, or Legal) to identify transaction risks and develop solutions. Utilizing the latest technologies and customized AI solutions, you will accelerate strategic decisions and lay the foundation for sustainable transaction success.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in advising on financial and accounting aspects of M&A transaction agreements for private equity and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with national and international clients to achieve optimal value in purchase price determination during buy-side and sell-side processes.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams and PwC experts to identify transaction risks and develop solutions.
- Leverage technology and AI solutions to accelerate strategic decisions and ensure sustainable transaction success.
Requirements
- Completed studies in economics or law.
- First experience in auditing, transaction advisory, or controlling.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to clients.
