About the Role
Clio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the expansion of Vincent's content library into new jurisdictions and enhance its understanding of legal case relationships, focusing on quality, breadth, and trustworthiness of legal AI content.
Responsibilities
- Own Vincent's Legal Content Strategy: Set and evolve the quality bar for content coverage, and drive the roadmap for expanding coverage rapidly, including AI-driven content sourcing and indexing.
- Reimagine the Citator for an AI Consumer: Design the signal layer ('Certification') that indicates how cases relate to one another, defining pre-labeling needs, signal granularity, and structure.
- Drive Product Strategy End-to-End: Develop roadmaps, build business cases, and ship/launch features in partnership with Engineering, Design, and legal SMEs.
- Ramp Fast, Not Locally: Quickly gain legal fluency to effectively manage the product space without requiring jurisdiction-specific legal expertise.
Requirements
- Real Legal Fluency: Understand or quickly grasp citator concepts, case relationships, and historical citation practices. A background as a practicing lawyer, legal researcher, or in legal tech is a strong asset.
- AI Product Experience: Proven experience building or managing AI-driven products with a strong point of view on AI's impact on signal and trust layers.
- Product Management Acumen: At least 6 years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B software, with a track record of shipping mission-critical products at scale.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to form and act on well-reasoned points of view quickly in a rapidly evolving space.
- Fast, Independent Learner: Ability to quickly learn new, complex domains and form independent opinions.
- Strategic & Data-Driven Thinking: Utilize qualitative and quantitative input for strategy, requirements, and impact measurement.
- Strong Communicator: Effectively collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, and legal SMEs.
