About the Role

ImageFIRST is seeking a service-oriented individual to support Customer Advocates in building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies. This role involves promoting company values and positively impacting associates, customers, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote company values and the ImageFIRST way.
• Load and unload truck, and manage truck organization.
• Manage customer inventory.
• Demonstrate product knowledge including pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, and product application.
• Prepare and follow up on work orders, ensuring invoice accuracy.
• Provide route relief for Customer Advocate vacations and call-offs, demonstrating flexibility.
• Offer additional route support as needed, including reroutes and handling additional volume.
• Make special deliveries to customers.
• Engage in lead generation activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• Must meet DOT eligibility requirements and be comfortable operating company vehicles.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen.
• Must be computer literate.
• Some delivery, logistics, and/or route experience preferred.
• One year of experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction preferred.
• Knowledge of the textile services industry and operations preferred.
