About the Role
The Federal Work Study Administrative position will assist the Game Department Manager with general daily operations within the Game Department, supporting students and faculty with basic administrative functions. This role complements a student's educational program by enhancing skills in customer service and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support walk-in student or faculty questions, rerouting to the Department inbox if needed.
- Respond to department reception emails from students and instructors for calendar scheduling and inquiries.
- Update department spreadsheets for tracking curriculum updates and projects.
- Create and update Department Flyers, Posters, Newsletters, and Signs.
- Assist with posting flyers onsite.
- Put up/update displays and exhibits, such as for the Spring Show.
- Perform other office duties or special projects as assigned.
