About the Role

The Senior Portfolio Analyst (PA) serves as a subject matter expert for assigned investment strategies, focusing on analyzing portfolios, supporting client inquiries and RFPs, and developing content related to T. Rowe Price's ESG approach and its integration into the investment process. The role involves expertise in broader ESG topics, regulatory landscapes, and leveraging AI-enabled tools for analysis and content generation.

Responsibilities

Support the full sales cycle for queries related to T. Rowe Price's ESG approach.
Generate quality answers for DDQs, RFPs, and written commentaries, incorporating research from Responsible Investing and Corporate Governance teams.
Conduct portfolio analysis.
Lead the production of quarterly strategy updates for internal and external use.
Execute responsibilities using AI-enabled analytics and automation for data aggregation, analysis, and output generation.
Participate in the production of forward-thinking ESG studies.
Act as an investment resource for content creation, including custom presentations, exhibits, and analysis.
Identify and employ opportunities to leverage AI to improve outputs.
Provide investment support for sales and marketing collateral.
Help develop education, onboarding, and training modules for internal ESG understanding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years Asset Management experience in a related field.
Passion for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.
Proven experience using ESG analytical resources such as Sustainalytics and MSCI ESG Ratings.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to lead and drive analytical projects to successful conclusions.
