About the Role
We are seeking an instructor to guide young people through creative practical projects, fostering their strengths and sparking interest in skilled trades. This role involves hands-on work in areas like woodworking, culinary arts, metalworking, gardening, and creative arts.
Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of creative practical projects with young people
- Teaching practical skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Recognized vocational or academic degree in a skilled trade
- Alternatively, a master craftsman, technician, or specialist with a trainer aptitude test (AEVO)
- At least one year of experience in instructing apprentices or a comparable group
