About the Role
The role involves providing individual coaching as part of holistic support according to § 16k SGB II. This support is for individuals facing complex personal, social, or health challenges, aiming to build and stabilize their employability through personalized assistance, counseling, and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Individual coaching and support
- Assistance with personal and social issues
- Motivational support and stabilization
- Help with administrative matters
- Networking with counseling centers and institutions
- Documentation of support progress
- Participation in case discussions
- Outreach support as needed
Requirements
- Degree in social pedagogy, social work, pedagogy, or comparable qualification
- Ideally two years of professional experience working with unemployed or socially disadvantaged individuals
- Driver's license class B is desirable
