About the Role

Our New York office is seeking a fourth to eighth-year M&A/PE associate with big law experience to work on acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures for private equity funds, institutional investors, and strategic companies. Ideal candidates will have experience leading transactions, drafting definitive agreements, and managing all aspects of a deal.
