About the Role

We are seeking a highly technical Enterprise Account Executive to sell our pioneering AI platform into insurance carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers, operating within Fortune 1000 and large regional accounts. You will collaborate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and IT leadership to identify and solve meaningful problems using our AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own full enterprise sales cycles into carriers, MGAs, and reinsurers (3–9+ months).
  • Drive revenue through channel partners.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and provide leadership with deal visibility.
  • Orchestrate technical discovery with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and data teams.
  • Deliver demos focused on P&C, specialty, and commercial-lines use cases.
  • Support InfoSec and regulatory validation during deal progression.
  • Convert pilots into multi-year agreements across various lines of business.
  • Build pipeline using your own network, with BDR support available.
  • Multi-thread across underwriting, claims, actuarial, data, and compliance.
  • Engage in C-level and board-level conversations with key executives.
  • Translate AI architecture into business-relevant terms for carriers.
  • Co-sell with senior leadership and alliance partners.
  • Build and grow relationships with brokers, MGAs, and reinsurance intermediaries.
  • Lead deal orchestration and ensure consistent communication across departments.
  • Carry deals from initial executive conversations through to full rollout.
  • Build relationships across the C-suite, Chief Actuary's office, and the board.
  • Identify internal champions within underwriting, claims, and data teams.
  • Connect technical and business stakeholders to prevent deal stalling.
  • Mitigate single-threaded risk in long insurance buying cycles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with specific experience selling into insurance carriers, MGAs, or reinsurers.
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure ARR deals in regulated environments.
  • Experience selling to underwriting, claims, actuarial, and C-suite insurance buyers.
  • Knowledge of loss ratios, combined ratio, treaty reinsurance, and line of business differences.
  • Familiarity with core insurance systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Sapiens) and AI integration.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Data Architecture, particularly with complex data environments.
  • Familiarity with Life, P&C, and Health Insurance providers.
  • History of multi-threading large, complex carrier accounts.
  • Executive presence suitable for board-level interactions.
  • Comfort discussing AI/ML, data architecture, and model explainability.
  • Ability to whiteboard architecture or underwriting logic in front of executives.
  • Fluent in insurance executive terminology regarding growth, loss ratio, and regulatory risk.
  • Strategic account planning skills.
  • Ability to translate executive curiosity into structured initiatives.
  • Enjoyment of technical and actuarial complexity.
  • Collaborative approach and comfort with co-selling.
  • Resilience under pressure in a high-expectation, long-cycle market.
