About the Role

The ISO 20022 Adoption team is looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep technical expertise to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and alignment of product dependencies critical to the success of the ISO programme and the delivery of upcoming standards releases.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap required to support ISO programme objectives and upcoming standards releases.
  • Coordinate product, technology, and operational dependencies across teams to ensure timely and aligned delivery.
  • Translate customer needs, and business priorities into clear product requirements and implementation plans.
  • Assess the impact of changes and drive technical readiness across affected products and services.
  • Lead product readiness activities, managing risks, milestones, and dependencies to support successful releases.
  • Drive alignment and decision-making across product, engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Monitor adoption, customer feedback, and operational performance to guide product evolution and roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in a financial operations, product or service development/project planning/management position.
