About the Role

As an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Director, you will guide clients through the complexities of tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping them navigate intricate tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic tax planning and compliance initiatives for asset and wealth management clients
  • Overseeing the preparation and filing of tax returns, confirming adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Analyzing financial data to identify tax optimization opportunities and mitigate compliance risks
  • Developing and implementing innovative tax strategies to support business growth and client satisfaction
  • Mentoring and guiding team members in delivering exceptional tax services and fostering professional development
  • Collaborating with executive-level clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tax solutions
  • Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas and solutions within the tax compliance domain
  • Promoting technological advancements to enhance tax processes and improve efficiency
  • Identifying market gaps and converting them into successful opportunities for the firm
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 8 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
