About the Role
As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, labs, and EKGs.
- Perform typical urgent care procedures, such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
- Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
- Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4-5 patients per hour.
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted medical license.
- Ability to treat patients of all ages.
- DOT Certification must be obtained prior to your start date.
- BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health.

Education Level
- Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification (for Physician Assistant).
- RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license (for Nurse Practitioner).
Salary/Compensations
- $92,430 - $126,137 Annually
- $92,430 - $98,545 base (at 3 shifts per week)
- $92,430 - $126,137 with productivity bonus (at 3 shifts per week)
