About the Role
As a Bank Early Years Educator, you will support the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education whenever additional support is needed. You will support children's learning and development through engaging experiences and learning moments, deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and the Fennies curriculum, work flexibly across different settings, rooms, and age ranges, work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture, follow routines to support smooth day-to-day operations, and maintain high standards of safeguarding and health and safety at all times.

Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters, and child development
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) – or equivalent
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, positive approach to building relationships with children and families
- Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a passion for supporting children's development
- Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide proof of identity
- Online searches (including social media) may be conducted for shortlisted candidates
