Responsibilities

  • Own key capabilities and initiatives at the intersection of AI and portfolio management, developing a roadmap that advances AI's transformation of SPM.
  • Make and defend prioritization trade-offs with incomplete information, declining requests that do not serve the broader customer base.
  • Track the business impact of shipped features, including adoption, retention, and expansion, and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Work directly with large enterprise customers and their EPMOs and finance teams to understand current processes and translate them into scalable requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers on active deals and renewals.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to take features from concept through General Availability (GA), owning the outcome.

Requirements

  • A track record of owning an enterprise B2B software product area end-to-end, from concept to GA, with evidence of making trade-off decisions.
  • Direct experience working with enterprise customers and their internal stakeholders (PMOs, finance, or portfolio/resource management functions) to shape product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship AI-driven features grounded in a real, structured data model, or a credible point of view on how AI should change financial or portfolio decision-making.
  • Comfort operating with significant autonomy and ambiguity.
  • Ability to influence engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams without formal authority.
