About the Role
The Digital Producer ensures all digital campaigns and projects are managed and delivered successfully to the highest standards. This involves managing projects from briefing through scoping, development, quality control, and post-deployment, focusing on exceeding expectations while maximizing agency revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple campaign technical projects in digital and AI concurrently, from creative concept to delivery, including microsites, AI content generations, technical website projects, social assets, animations, and video content.
- Manage the standard digital production process on multiple campaigns concurrently, from discovery/brief inception and scoping through to creative concepts, design, technical build/integration, and testing, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Deliver digital campaigns using automated design systems in responsive frameworks.
- Manage in-house creatives, designers, developers, GenAI artists, and external delivery teams for technical and AI digital projects across multiple clients and agencies.
- Write detailed project scopes, including scoping documents for technical digital projects, functional specifications for websites and web/mobile applications, project plans, effort estimates, risks, interdependencies, and assumptions.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Adhere to the agency’s financial management processes, monitoring project profitability and reconciling jobs.
- Report any potential overages or revenue loss in real-time to the account service lead.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in campaign and technical production, including AI and digital.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting as needed to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Technical competence with HTML/HTML5 and main ad serving technologies (DoubleClick, Sizmek, etc.) for standard and rich media display is desirable.
- Knowledge of AI models for image and video generation and experience working with AI tools.
- Tool agnostic with good knowledge of current standard project, design, and development tools such as Microsoft, Atlassian, SmartSheets, and Trello.
