About the Role
This is a leadership role where you will shape partnerships, drive growth, and set the standard for how we think, work, and deliver. You will lead from the front with clarity, confidence, and a strong point of view, balancing creativity, commerciality, and client ambition.
Responsibilities
- Own the partnership and lead the day-to-day relationship across your client portfolio.
- Act as the trusted senior advisor and “go-to” across all aspects of the business.
- Build strong, influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity.
- Take accountability for the overall success of your accounts — creatively, commercially and operationally.
- Identify growth opportunities and unlock new revenue streams.
- Contribute to and lead business development initiatives.
- Constantly look for smarter ways to deliver value and impact.
- Lead strategic thinking across your client portfolio.
- Articulate clear, compelling strategies that deliver real business outcomes.
- Partner closely with creative teams to elevate and strengthen ideas.
- Ensure all work is insight-led, on strategy and best-in-class.
- Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring excellence at every stage.
- Ensure efficient processes, workflows and systems are in place.
- Maintain visibility across all projects, risks and opportunities.
- Champion high standards of quality, accuracy and execution.
- Manage overall account financial performance — revenue, profitability and forecasting.
- Oversee budgets, scopes and financial reporting.
- Ensure commercial discipline across all work.
- Treat client investment with care and accountability.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing team across disciplines.
- Coach and mentor Account Directors, Managers and Executives.
- Create an environment where people feel supported, trusted and motivated.
- Set the tone — positive, ambitious and solutions-focused.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in account management within a creative agency.
- Proven experience managing senior clients and complex portfolios.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Commercial acumen and financial management expertise.
- Excellent leadership and team development capability.
- Confidence presenting, negotiating and driving decisions.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and production processes.
