About the Role

84 Lumber is hiring immediately for a Yard Person to build loads for deliveries, maintain a safe and organized lumber yard, and operate a forklift. This role offers a career with a family-owned company founded on growth and stability, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Build loads for deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized lumber yard.
• Load and unload lumber and/or building supplies.
• Operate a forklift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to others one-on-one.
• Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds.
