About the Role
We are hiring a builder to drive AI transformation for Ent's rapidly-growing business. This individual will deeply understand Ent's operations and hands-on build agents, automations, integrations, and data tooling to enhance efficiency. This role combines consulting and engineering, embedding with teams to identify and solve high-leverage problems, from prototype to production.
Responsibilities

- Prioritize and instrument, connect, and automate the core business systems stack (CRM, support, finance/ops tooling).
- Design and build scalable, cost-effective AI solutions including agents, copilots, workflow automation, and data & analytics.
- Own solutions from discovery through adoption and measurement, ensuring they are shipped and functional.
- Integrate AI into Ent's systems responsibly, adhering to data governance and security standards.
- Establish lightweight standards, evaluations, and guardrails for trustworthy, observable, and maintainable automations.
- Enable teams through documentation, onboarding, and training to ensure sustained adoption.
- Partner with R&D to leverage Ent's internal AI capabilities.
- Maintain a prioritized, ROI-ranked internal AI backlog and report impact to leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on building with LLMs, including prompt engineering, model API interaction, RAG, structured outputs, and agent frameworks.
- Proficient software engineering skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with experience in REST APIs, cloud platforms, and data handling.
- Experience integrating or automating CRM, support, or operations tools and workflow platforms.
- Ability to decompose business processes, quantify costs, and design measurable improvements.
- Strong consultative communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- A bias for shipping working prototypes quickly and iterating.
- High degree of discretion and integrity due to access to sensitive company information.
