Responsibilities
- Assembly and disassembly of mechanical and electrical assemblies
- Assembly of machines, systems, and technical components
- Assembly of components according to technical drawings, assembly plans, and work instructions
- Performing mechanical assembly work, e.g., screwing, drilling, milling, and adjusting
- Performing electrical assembly work and wiring
- Connecting cables, connectors, sensors, and electrical components
- Testing assembled assemblies for function and quality
- Performing measurements and simple electrical tests
- Identifying and rectifying assembly errors and minor malfunctions
- Performing rework and adjustments to assemblies
- Documenting assembly and testing work performed
- Adhering to quality, safety, and occupational safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed technical or craft apprenticeship is advantageous, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or electronics technician
- Experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly is desirable
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Confident reading of technical drawings and assembly plans
- Knowledge of handling hand and measuring tools
- Careful, precise, and reliable way of working
- Quality awareness and a good eye for detail
- Independent and structured way of working
- Teamwork and sense of responsibility
- Good physical resilience
- Willingness to learn new technical systems and work processes
- Good German language skills are advantageous
