Responsibilities

  • Train team members to provide strong customer support, teach sales techniques, and ensure product feature familiarity.
  • Provide customers with a warm welcome, assist with product selection, answer questions, and explain product details.
  • Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team.
  • Ensure the store runs smoothly and the team provides outstanding customer service.
  • Achieve personal sales goals.
  • Share necessary information with the team to achieve joint sales goals.
  • Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment that fosters excellence, pride, and belonging.
  • Bring the brand's vision, mission, and culture to life on the job and share them with the team.
  • Act as an inspiring role model at all times.
  • Build a high-performance team by recruiting, preparing, and training employees, and sourcing candidates.
  • Manage team members’ absences and lateness.
  • Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms with the team's help.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities.
  • Reflect the brand image to build a steady and loyal customer base.
  • Assist with planning incoming orders and ensure efficient visual display setup.
  • Help maintain the look and cleanliness of the store and backstore.
  • Analyze sales, in-store traffic, and productivity reports and share results with the team.
  • Open and close the store.
  • Respect and apply policies and procedures from head office departments.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Previous team management experience in a retail environment.
  • Love for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
  • Natural leader who knows how to motivate a team.
  • Sociable, good communicator, and strong team player.
  • Listens to the needs of both customers and the team.
  • Sets goals and achieves them with the team's help.
  • Proactive and conscientious.
  • Looking for a career that constantly offers new challenges.
  • Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods (depending on availability).
  • Functionally bilingual (an asset).
