About the Role

Scale's product marketing team develops and executes strategies to drive awareness and engagement for Scale’s offerings. This role will focus on developing and optimizing vertical-specific messaging and content for Scale’s applications business to ensure our messaging resonates with core buyers across verticals. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, compelling messaging for enterprise offerings tailored to key personas within target verticals.
  • Create marketing assets, including slide decks, videos, blog posts, and one-pagers, that effectively communicate value propositions and support sales.
  • Lead positioning and sales enablement efforts to drive awareness and engagement for Scale’s offerings.
  • Drive cross-functional marketing programs around target verticals to create a cohesive customer experience and contribute to pipeline targets.
  • Collaborate with field marketing and events teams to develop vertical-specific event strategies, content, and experiences.
  • Drive customer marketing efforts, creating strategy and tactics to maximize value, including case studies, testimonials, visual assets, and event participation.
  • Design and run Scale’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB) program, including virtual sessions and an annual in-person summit.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B enterprise environments, with a preference for experience in at least one vertical sales-led growth motion or a customer marketing focus.
  • Understanding of AI/ML technology and/or intuition for how to build content for executive buyers, IT, and business users.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, storytelling, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, including executive, and to work across functions.
  • An outstanding level of attention to detail.
