About the Role
We are looking for Support Associates in part-time for our team in Berlin-Friedrichshain. You will be part of the live operation, communicating with all Wolt users (customers, couriers, or restaurants) to provide the best possible support.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, couriers, and restaurants.
- Provide excellent customer support.
- Work in a shift-based schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
