About the Role
Partner with hospital network C-suite executives to understand their business needs and provide solutions that help them achieve their goals. This role is part of the Strategic Accounts team within the North American Commercial Organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships within the C-suite at the hub IDN and key stakeholders within attached accounts.
- Build and lead the strategic year-over-year business plan within each Health System to drive revenue growth and sustained partnership.
- Utilize Danaher Business System tools to lead sales campaigns with local regional teams.
- Partner with the service organization to ensure successful installation, go-live, and post-install maintenance.
- Provide a high-level view of activities within individual accounts to ensure high-quality, consistent customer service.
- Course correct and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
- Partner with local regional Area Directors and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment.
- Provide indirect coaching and mentoring to sales representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in business or sciences), Master's degree preferred.
- 9+ years of sales experience in a hospital or laboratory setting.
- Experience selling to C-Suite within large IDNs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct executive-level presentations clearly, concisely, and accurately.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Understanding of customer business and financial goals.
- Ability to develop sound strategies.
- Experience partnering with local sales teams.
- Experience providing informal leadership and overall account strategy.
- Experience ensuring accountability of regional teams with day-to-day tactics.
- Knowledge of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics.
- Experience leading weekly and monthly account plan tactics.
- Experience working diligently within sales cycle activities.
- Experience preparing for and delivering business reviews effectively.

- $160,000 - $170,000 base
- $260,000 - $270,000 total compensation target (including commission)
