About the Role

This role is for a CDL Driver responsible for local deliveries, ensuring products are unloaded and delivered to customers. The position involves pre-trip and post-trip inspections, safe operation of commercial vehicles, and handling material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver products to customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle, including conveyors and carts.
• Securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
• Pick up returned products, including payments and pallets.
• Complete delivery and pick up paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Must have 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Must be comfortable delivering throughout the 5 boroughs.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and climb.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
