About the Role
Join the Smoothie King team as a purpose-driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to inspire guests to live a healthy and active lifestyle. You will assist guests in selecting smoothies and retail products, and provide guidance to team members when General Managers are not present. The ideal candidate is passionate about the brand and eager to take on new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
- Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
- Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
- Performs opening and/or closing duties.
- Performs store checklist tasks.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
- Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.
- Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
Requirements
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a “guest comes first” attitude.
- Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply.
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
