About the Role
As part of the Finance Transformation team, you will support companies in making their finance department a stronger business partner, thereby accelerating the competitiveness of the entire company. Our range of topics is broad, from CFO strategy to process excellence, ERP systems, quality assurance, compliance, and data management. As an integrated Finance Transformation team, we ensure the smooth interplay of all sub-projects along the entire value chain.
Responsibilities
- Support CFOs and finance managers in realigning their finance function and develop future-proof Global Business Services, Shared Services, and Operating Model concepts.
- Identify efficiency and digitalization potentials in finance processes along end-to-end processes in accounting and controlling and support their implementation.
- Develop strategies with clients for the standardization, centralization, and further development of finance organizations.
- Actively participate in the further development of our consulting approaches for Finance Transformation, digital finance processes, and Global Business Services.
- Take responsibility for work packages or sub-projects in interdisciplinary project teams and support the management of national and international transformation projects.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable degree program.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in consulting or industry with a focus on Finance Transformation, Finance Organization, Accounting, Controlling, or Outsourcing / Shared Services / Global Business Services.
- Ideally, experience in transformation projects, operating models, shared services, process optimization, or digitalization of finance processes.
- Proficient German and English language skills for professional communication with clients and project teams.
- Analytical thinking, a convincing demeanor, and enjoyment of collaboration with clients and colleagues.
