About the Role
As the Skill Lead for Social Media at C&C, you will be responsible for the professional development of our Social Media team. You will foster exchange, support your colleagues, and ensure everyone works together towards common goals.
Responsibilities
- Create social media editorial plans across various channels, ensuring timely and high-quality content publication.
- Manage community engagement and serve as the primary point of contact for partners.
- Analyze channel and campaign performance using social media monitoring tools.
- Generate insightful reports and derive strategic recommendations.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for effective implementation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Management, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
- Proficiency in content publishing, editorial planning, reporting, and community management.
- Experience in leadership and a passion for developing teams and colleagues.
- Independent, structured, and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations and find creative solutions.
- Proactive in introducing new ideas to make social media engaging and impactful.
- Team player with strong communication skills, ambition, and motivating energy.
- Native-level German language skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
