About the Role
Pliant is seeking a Working Student to assist with partner sales in the DACH market. This hybrid role involves managing a customer pipeline from initial contact to successful onboarding and activation, acting as the primary customer contact, and maintaining CRM data.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer pipeline from initial handover to successful onboarding and activation.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding and following up on information.
- Create and maintain customer deals in CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data and transparent tracking.
- Coordinate with Partner Sales, Risk, and Compliance teams to resolve blockers and improve processes.
Requirements
- Previous work experience in banking or financial services in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
- German and English fluency to a business level.
- Additional European languages (particularly French) are an advantage.
- Berlin based ideally.
