About the Role

This role supports customers in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the automotive sector, by driving DX initiatives and business process reform. You will be responsible for visualizing and analyzing development processes and workflows to identify issues, and then formulating strategies and plans for operational advancement and efficiency through digital transformation. This position involves collaborating with multiple customer departments and internal/external stakeholders to drive DX initiatives from conceptualization to execution planning.

Responsibilities

Manufacturing industry development DX initiative consideration and planning support
Execution plan formulation support considering multiple DX initiatives
Execution plan formulation support compatible with both Agile/Waterfall development methodologies
Stakeholder coordination with customer departments, internal teams, and partner companies, driving initiatives with consensus building

Requirements

Lead consulting experience in business reform/DX promotion within the manufacturing industry (1+ instance)
Experience supporting project promotion from the customer's perspective (1+ instance)
Experience in visualizing/analyzing business processes and formulating improvement measures (1+ instance)
Critical thinking, issue organization, and document creation skills
Smooth communication skills with multiple stakeholders
Basic project management skills (progress management, issue management, etc.)
