About the Role
The Investment Services team provides high-quality support to Man's global client base, handling inquiries, preparing marketing materials, and compiling client reports. This role is responsible for writing compelling and consistent marketing and questionnaire material for Man's Solutions area, crucial for institutional client engagement and the firm's success.
Responsibilities
- Write, develop, and deliver the full range of marketing collateral, utilizing proximity to Man's Solutions teams in London and New York.
- Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio Management, and key stakeholders to produce high-quality, bespoke RFP/DDQ content and presentations, incorporating the latest fund research, analysis, and messaging.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior sales personnel, portfolio managers, and key stakeholders.
- Edit, produce, and update investor communications regarding specific market events.
- Identify opportunities and initiate projects where Investment Services can add value to portfolio managers, the sales force, and the wider business.
- Translate complex investment ideas and data into logical and visually engaging formats.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of industry experience with a solid understanding of the financial landscape, investment management, or hedge fund space.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in understanding institutional client expectations and requirements.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across the firm and engage with them effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication with a diverse set of key internal stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset to support colleagues, coupled with experience working independently.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner) and relevant internal systems.
