About the Role
Seeking support for renovation, repair, and maintenance work in owned residential and commercial properties, offering independent work, varied craft tasks, and a fixed location in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Renovation and repair of vacant apartments in teamwork.
- Spackling, priming, wallpapering, painting, and varnishing.
- Drywall construction and related trades such as tiling, silicone application, and flooring (if qualified).
- Independent final inspection of completed work.
- Determining and procuring materials, and electronic order documentation.
- Collaboration with the craft team and property management.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher, drywall installer, tiler, bricklayer (m/f/d), or comparable craft qualification.
- Practical experience in drywall construction and good knowledge of painting work are desirable.
- Experience in tiling or flooring installation is advantageous.
- Manual dexterity and interest in various trades.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work approach.
- Teamwork ability and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Driver's license class B.
- Good German language skills (from B2 level).
