About the Role

We are seeking a customer-oriented Team Leader to lead our Inbound Fuel Sales Team in Berlin. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team that handles customer inquiries and guides prospects through their entire purchasing process, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will continuously coach and develop your team to best utilize sales opportunities and improve service quality. As an operational leader, you will foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement, supporting your team in optimally leveraging new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Inbound Sales Specialists (4–6 FTE)
Ensuring an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
Monitoring performance metrics in service, quality, and sales
Analyzing performance data to identify and implement improvement measures
Conducting regular coaching sessions, development discussions, and training
Supporting with complex customer inquiries
Increasing conversion of inbound opportunities while maintaining high service standards
Ensuring effective use of CRM systems and customer tools
Promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus

Requirements

Passion for customer experience and employee development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoyment in coaching employees in customer-oriented environments
Analytical mindset and ability to evaluate performance data and trends
Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
Initial leadership or team lead experience is an advantage, but not strictly required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Fluent German and professional English skills
