Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for sustainable sales and business development in your sales territory
  • Development and implementation of regional sales strategies to achieve our growth targets
  • Creation, management, and follow-up of strategic sales plans
  • Analysis of market and competitor developments and participation in relevant trade fairs and industry events
  • Building, supporting, and further developing a high-performing network of resellers, system integrators, and service and repair partners
  • Strategic support and further development of key accounts in the areas of municipalities, operators, and industry
  • Close cooperation with planning and engineering offices for early positioning of our solutions in projects
  • Identification of new market potentials and development of corresponding business opportunities
  • Technical consulting for our customers on solutions in the field of pump technology and wastewater applications
  • Professional use of CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) for sales management and forecast creation
  • Follow-up of offers, conducting contract negotiations, and responsibility for closing deals
  • Close cooperation with the technical, service, and product management departments

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in settlement water management, environmental technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, further training as a pump engineer or sound practical experience in pump or wastewater technology
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of pump systems, wastewater applications, or comparable capital goods
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and convincingly
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and an independent, structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor at various decision-making levels
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Willingness to travel within the sales territory
