About the Role

As a Feel Good Manager, you will be the first point of contact, an organizational talent, and a service professional, managing both the reception and telephone interactions. Your goal is to ensure patients feel well cared for from their initial contact through to their departure.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
• Providing friendly and competent advice on appointments, treatments, and general practice inquiries via phone.
• Coordinating appointments, callbacks, and waitlists in a structured and reliable manner.
• Maintaining patient master data and recording inquiries and requests in the system.
• Acting as a liaison between doctors and the entire team for a smooth workflow.
• Actively participating in team meetings to enhance service and communication standards.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, reception, or telephone support, preferably in a medical or dental setting (not mandatory).
• Completed training in the medical field (ZFA or MFA).
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment in interacting with diverse individuals.
• High level of organizational talent and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, even under pressure.
• Proficient PC skills; knowledge of Z1 and Doctolib is advantageous, but training will be provided.
• Willingness to work in a shift system to ensure optimal patient care.
• Team player, flexible, and reliable.
