About the Role
Healy is seeking an experienced Direct Selling leader to drive sustainable growth across EMEA markets by strengthening field leadership, increasing Member productivity, and developing a high-performing regional sales organization. This role will translate global commercial priorities into local execution and act as a commercial bridge between Healy, its market teams, and its Independent Healy World Member community.
Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets in the DACH region.
- Develop and execute growth plans to expand market share and increase distributor productivity.
- Manage sales performance through forecasting, KPI analysis, market diagnostics and disciplined performance reviews.
- Serve as a key liaison between corporate and the distributor network, ensuring clear communication, trust, and alignment.
- Regularly travel to the field to engage top leaders, support events, and coach emerging talent.
- Lead business planning sessions with key leaders to develop individualized growth strategies.
- Drive leadership pipeline development by identifying and mentoring high-potential distributors.
- Support title progression through structured coaching, training, and performance tracking.
- Reduce distributor churn by implementing targeted retention strategies and onboarding support.
- Localize and launch sales campaigns and incentives in line with global strategy to drive behavior and motivation.
- Monitor program ROI, optimize execution, and adjust strategies based on field feedback and data.
- Ensure that regional events, training and field activation initiatives are commercially aligned and contribute to measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure distributors are equipped with the latest compliant messaging, tools, and techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to deliver high-impact learning content.
- Lead, coach and develop the Europe Sales organization, including Sales Managers and Market Leads across the region.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and field-first thinking within the team.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure market readiness and operational excellence.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product development, messaging, and strategic direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive sales or commercial experience, including significant leadership experience within Direct Selling / Network Marketing.
- Proven experience leading sales teams, markets or multi-country sales operations.
- Strong field presence and passion for engaging with distributor communities.
- Excellent communicator and bridge-builder between field and corporate.
- Experience in planning and leading events and incentive programs.
- Data-driven decision maker; comfortable using performance analytics and KPIs.
- Strong organizational, motivational, and coaching skills.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% across Europe, with occasional evening and weekend participation in major field events.
