About the Role
EcoSure, a division of Ecolab, seeks a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor to conduct on-site assessments and provide consultancy, ensuring client alignment with brand standards and enhancing guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
- Provide consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
- Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification
- Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends, across a variety of dayparts
- Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence
- Based in or near the assigned territory
- No immigration sponsorship available
Skills
- Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
