Responsibilities

Manage projects with over 10 members at peak.
Propose and lead projects of 50 million yen scale with multiple stakeholders.
Develop execution plans, master schedules, and manage progress, costs, issues, quality, and changes based on standard project management methodologies like PMBOK.
Lead projects across all phases, collaborating with sales during the proposal phase, delivery teams during the build phase, and maintenance teams during the operation phase.
Lead account teams and consider the overall business of clients.
Negotiate with clients and coordinate with numerous internal stakeholders.
Provide guidance to team members and partners, and mentor junior staff.
Create and present reports on delivery content and technical knowledge for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Experience as a Project Manager leading projects with over 10 members at peak.
Experience proposing and leading projects of 50 million yen scale with multiple stakeholders.
Experience leading projects based on standard project management methodologies like PMBOK, including execution plan development, master schedule creation, progress management, cost management, issue management, quality management, and change management.
Experience leading architecture design and review based on client requirements.
Experience identifying and analyzing client IT and business challenges, proposing system solutions, and leading technical aspects.
Experience leading account teams and considering the overall business of clients.
Experience in challenging negotiations with clients and coordination with numerous internal stakeholders.
Experience providing guidance to team members and partners, and mentoring junior staff.
Experience creating and presenting reports on delivery content and technical knowledge for knowledge sharing.
English proficiency.
