Responsibilities

• Develop well fitting solutions by taking problems, rather than strict guidelines, and collaborating with others where necessary.
• Integrate accessibility as an integral part of your workflow.

• Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Consciously and responsibly use LLMs to assist with coding, staying in control.
• Participate in international engineering teams, code reviews, technical documentation, and cross-team discussions.
• Communicate effectively with local stakeholders and business partners.
• Participate in conferences, meet-ups and trade fairs.
• Explore other domains that aren’t directly related to your day to day work.

Requirements

• Deep and profound experience with modern JS frameworks (Next.js, Remix, Vue, etc.).
• Expertise in the architecture of scalable web applications using modern patterns (server-side rendering, server components, etc.).
• Experience taking problems, rather than strict guidelines, and developing well fitting solutions, collaborating with others where necessary.
• A keen eye for and expertise in accessibility — it's an integral part of your workflow, not an afterthought.
• Clear thoughts on how to spend your time in the most impactful way.
• Excellent proactive communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conscious and responsible use of LLMs (Large Language Models) to assist with coding: you stay in control — AI is your tool, not the other way around.
• English (C1 or above): Required for day-to-day collaboration with international engineering teams, code reviews, technical documentation, and participation in cross-team discussions.
• German (C1 or above): Required for effective communication with local stakeholders and business partners.
