About the Role
We are expanding our commercial/sales team at all levels in the DACH region within our Life Sciences and Diagnostics segments. We are looking for solution-oriented application specialists with a passion for science and innovation. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, fault analyses, and installations of equipment at customer sites.
- Ensure excellent customer support and troubleshooting.
- Support customers and sales representatives with service and application issues, both on-site and by phone.
- Collaborate closely with your team and sales colleagues.
Requirements
- Technical training in medical technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar fields.
- Interest in life science/diagnostic applications.
- Practical experience, especially in field service, is advantageous.
- Good English and German language skills.
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
- Driver's license required.
