Responsibilities
- Own product decisions for your team's area of the BLP Platform, including what gets built, in what order, and why.
- Own the outcomes your team is accountable for.
- Conduct product discovery to deeply understand users and customers, making most decisions independently and identifying when evidence is needed.
- Shape the product strategy for your area in partnership with product leadership and domain experts.
- Influence how the product organization operates as it scales, including intake, prioritization, and operating rhythm.
- Set the standard for product management at BLP.
Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise B2B software that customers adopted.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial judgment, comfortable operating with incomplete information, choosing a direction, and owning the result.
- Experienced in product discovery.
- Ability to hold a position with engineers, sales, and executives, and to say no constructively.
- Fluent English.
