About the Role
Scope is building the best AI-native data collection layer for field workers, simplifying data collection, decision-making, and report generation. We are seeking individuals who want to help invent the future of inspection software in a post-AI world.
Responsibilities
- Own problems end to end, including user interaction, solution design, shipping, and validation.
- Build systems for processing voice notes, photos, and videos to proactively complete reports.
- Engineer the context feeding mechanisms for AI models, including storage, retrieval, and selection of standards, reports, media, and user intent.
- Evolve the workflow builder into self-evolving software.
- Design the product architecture, focusing on unstructured data flow, AI integration, seamless offline/online behavior, and maintaining product simplicity.
Requirements
- Deeply technical with a passion for building applications.
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on mobile applications.
- 5+ years of experience with a proven ability to make impactful technical decisions.
- Experience with Expo / React Native is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work in person five days a week in our Farringdon office.
